Join a Food for Life class! Licensed instructors teach these interactive classes, where participants learn why it’s important to prioritize healthy foods and how to prepare them at home. Let’s Beat Breast Cancer and Cancer Project classes reveal the foods to focus on to reduce your risk of ever developing cancer, and also the best foods to support recovery if you are a survivor who has completed treatment. If You’re in Treatment

If you’re currently in treatment for breast cancer, we encourage you to meet with a registered dietitian who specializes in optimizing treatment outcomes. They will work with you to find tasty foods and meals to minimize side effects and support your health. Find a plant-based dietitian who specializes in cancer on the Physicians Committee’s Find a Doctor tool or the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Find an Expert tool. (You can filter by “Cancer Nutrition” and “Vegetarian Nutrition.”)
