If you’re currently in treatment for breast cancer, we encourage you to meet with a registered dietitian who specializes in optimizing treatment outcomes. They will work with you to find tasty foods and meals to minimize side effects and support your health. Find a plant-based dietitian who specializes in cancer on the Physicians Committee’s Find a Doctor tool or the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Find an Expert tool. (You can filter by “Cancer Nutrition” and “Vegetarian Nutrition.”)
