Take a Food for Life cancer class! Specially trained cooking and nutrition instructors teach these interactive, award-winning classes. Join a Food for Life class if you want to use food to reduce your risk of getting cancer, or of having a recurrence if you’re a survivor who has completed treatment. Classes are offered at a variety of days and times to suit your schedule.

They will work with you to find tasty foods and meals to minimize side effects and support your health. Find a plant-based dietitian who specializes in cancer on the Physicians Committee’s Find a Doctor tool or the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Find an Expert tool.
