Who qualifies for full-time student pricing?

Student pricing is available to fellows, residents, and students (undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral) who are currently enrolled in a full-time accredited program. The full-time student rate is designed for students who do not receive income from a job so that they may attend the conference.

Can my spouse or significant other attend if they are not a healthcare professional?

Yes. When registration opens, all attendees will need to register. You will be able to add a spouse or significant other within your registration as a group member and select the “Non-HCP” admission type.

Can I attend one day?

Yes. When registration opens, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday registration will be available for a reduced rate.

How can I get my employer to reimburse me?

When registration opens and you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with proof of purchase and a receipt for your employer.

How much is parking at the hotel?

The Grand Hyatt offers both valet and self-parking.

Are meals included?

Yes, plant-based breakfast and lunch buffets will be offered on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Dining out suggestions will be available in the program booklet provided at registration. Gluten-free options and low-fat options will be included on the meal buffets.

What is the typical attire for the conference?

Attendees typically wear business casual. Bring an extra layer as it’s often cold in the hotel ballroom. For the exercise session, active wear is suggested.

Is there a virtual option?

Yes. When registration opens, you will be able to register for the virtual option to receive a livestream link and participate virtually. Virtual attendees will be eligible for continuing education credits, can participate in Q&A, and will have access to conference recordings.

Can I miss a presentation and watch the recording later?

Yes, recordings will be made available to both live and virtual participants within a few days of the conference ending. To claim live CME credits, you must view the presentation and complete the evaluation within one month of the conference.
