Who qualifies for full-time student pricing?

Student pricing is available to fellows, residents, and students (undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral) who are currently enrolled in a full-time accredited program. The full-time student rate is designed for students who do not receive income from a job so that they may attend the conference.

Can my spouse or significant other attend if they are not a health care professional?  

Yes, however all attendees must register. There is an option to add this person within your registration as a group member. Please register them with the “Non-HCP” admission type.

Can I attend one day?  

Yes, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday registration is available for a reduced rate.

How can I get my employer to reimburse me?

Registration includes a confirmation email with proof of purchase and a receipt for your employer.

How much is parking at the hotel?

The Grand Hyatt offers both valet and self-parking.

Are meals included?

Yes, plant-based breakfast and lunch buffets will be offered on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Dining out suggestions will be available in the program booklet provided at registration. Gluten-free options and low-fat options will be included on the meal buffets.

What is the typical attire for the conference?

Attendees typically wear business casual. Bring an extra layer as it’s often cold in the hotel ballroom. For the exercise session, activewear is suggested.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds, less a $20 service fee, will be given if written cancellation is received via email by July 28, 2026. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to icnm [at] pcrm.org (icnm[at]pcrm[dot]org). Registration is transferable until July 28, 2026. To do so, please email your request to icnm [at] pcrm.org (icnm[at]pcrm[dot]org).
