How many credits will I earn?

physicians, nurses, dietitians, health coaches, and pharmacists are accredited for up to 20 hours.

Are there discounts available?

Reduced registration is available for fellows, residents, and students. No further discounts are available. 

Can I register as a Food for Life instructor?

Food for Life instructor registration is open to instructors who have completed the Physicians Committee's program. If you are interested in joining our Food for Life team, please visit FFLClasses.org.

Can my spouse or significant other attend?

Yes, however all attendees must register. There is an option to add this person within your registration as a group member.

Can I just come for one day?  

Yes, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday registration is available for a reduced rate.

Can you help with international visa applications?

We can provide a letter of invitation for international attendees but are not able to help with the visa application process. Please email icnm [at] pcrm.org if you’d like an invitation letter.

How can I get my employer to reimburse me?

Registration includes a confirmation email with proof of purchase and a receipt for your employer.

How much is parking at the hotel?

The Grand Hyatt offers both valet and self-parking. 

Are meals included?

Yes, plant-based breakfast and lunch buffets will be offered on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Dining out suggestions will be available in the program booklet provided at registration. Gluten-free options are available.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Attendees typically wear business casual. Bring an extra layer as it’s often cold in the hotel ballroom. For the exercise session, activewear is suggested.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds, less a $20 service fee, will be given if written cancellation is received via e-mail by Aug. 1, 2024. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to icnm [at] pcrm.org. Registration is transferable until Aug. 1, 2024. To do so, please email your request to icnm [at] pcrm.org.

In the event that someone happens to have a positive COVID-19 test and is unable to attend, a full refund is available by contacting icnm [at] pcrm.org.

What is your COVID-19 vaccination policy?

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we will implement the following safety measures for staff and attendees at the International Conference on Nutrition in Medicine:

  1. Attendees are strongly encouraged to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations per CDC guidelines as of March 31, 2023. This means having completed a COVID-19 vaccine primary series and received the most recent booster dose recommended by the CDC and as authorized or approved by the Food and Drug Administration, or for international guests, the World Health Organization.

  2. Attendees are required to attest during registration that they will test for COVID-19 if exhibiting any symptoms prior to the departure for the conference, while attending the conference, and/or following their return home after the meeting. Attendees should not participate in the conference if, at any point, they test positive before or during the conference.

  3. CDC recommendations or requirements of Washington, D.C., in effect at the time of the meeting will be enacted and enforced.

  4. Masks are welcome but not required. Anyone who wishes to wear a mask is welcome to do so and their decision should be respected.
