Curry powder is usually a combination of turmeric, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, and a variety of other spices—all known to contain antioxidants and provide health benefits like reduced inflammation.


Makes 4 Servings

  • popcorn kernels (1/2 cup)
  • curry powder (2 tsp.)
  • liquid aminos (i.e. Bragg) (4 sprays)


  1. Pop popcorn kernels in air popper. Transfer to a large bowl. Spray with cooking spray, sprinkle with curry powder, and mix evenly.
