  • rolled oats (3 c (243 g))
  • wheat germ (1 c (133 g))
  • chopped walnuts (1/2 c (60 g))
  • raisins (1/2 c (80 g))
  • dried cranberries (1/2 c (80 g))
  • sesame seeds (1/4 c (36 g))
  • maple syrup (1/4 c (60 mL))
  • molasses (2 tbsp (30 mL))
  • cinnamon (1 tsp (5 mL))

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F (149 C).



  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a 9-by-13-inch (23-by-33-cm) baking dish.



  3. Bake, turning often with a spatula, until mixture is golden brown, about 25 minutes.
