Food for Life
There is an urgent need for a new direction in addressing the current health crisis. Food for Life is on a mission to end this crisis. Our program promotes plant-based eating for disease prevention, management, and survival through community-based cooking and nutrition education classes.

I was a meat-and-potatoes guy. My triglycerides were through the roof. My cholesterol was through the roof. (After starting to work with Stefanie) I lost a ton of weight right away, and now I am down over 60 pounds. It’s been well over a year and a half now. It was a total transformation of health, lifestyle, and weight, for sure.
