  • seasoned rice vinegar (1/4 c (60 mL))
  • white or yellow miso (2 tsp (10 mL))
  • maple syrup or agave nectar (1 tbsp (15 mL))
  • garlic, grated or minced (1 clove)
  • ginger, grated or minced (1 tsp (5 mL))
  • black sesame seeds (2 tsp (10 mL))
