Food for Life Instructor

Susan Schneider, NBC-HWC

Susan is honored to spread the message of good health as a Food for Life instructor. Early in life, she learned the importance of health and wellness through better eating. Her mother was in chronically poor health, always taking medications and struggling with her weight. Susan came to see how her mother's health woes stemmed from the Standard American Diet - and realized that it didn't have to be that way. We have so much more control over our well-being than we think, and it all starts with making conscious, informed decisions about what we put in our bodies. Having people in our lives who can model healthy eating habits makes a huge difference. Susan was determined to be that person for her two daughters. Now, she's made it her mission to ensure that everyone has the skills and knowledge to live their best and most fulfilled life!

Susan is a national board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), classically trained fine artist, and longtime vegetarian/vegan. She has a Lifestyle Medicine Coach Certificate from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and has completed the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies Plant-Based Nutrition Program through eCornell. A Pittsburgh native, she currently lives in Bucks County, PA.

Serving cities and surrounding areas of Yardley, Newtown, Bucks County PA and Mercer County NJ.
