In our diet-crazed society it’s no wonder so many of us get confused and frustrated when there is a different “diet solution” presented every month. In this 6-week program learn how to lose the extra pounds you may be carrying in a healthy way, and how to sustain a healthy weight over time – so you DON’T just gain it back. This isn’t another diet program – it’s about improving your eating habits, finding good health and gaining tools and knowledge so you can stay there over the long term. This will be a small group, so plenty of time for sharing experiences, inspiration, thoughts and challenges too. This is a program based on Food For Life designed by the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine. It includes practical tips on food preparation and recipes too.
