Emma Levez Larocque is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition), Certified Plant-Based Chef (School of Natural Cookery) and a Food For Life Instructor with the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine. She is passionate about helping people to live their healthiest lives, and realizing how empowering it can be to take charge of your own health by eating more whole, healthy, plant-based foods.
