An Afternoon of Education and Fun

You will receive guided instruction from Dennis Jones of Course Correction, a Food for Life Instructor, on how to make recipes that contain high-fiber vitamin and mineral rich foods. 

You will get hands-on experience preparing the recipes. 

At the end of the class, you and others interested in learning more about plant-based diets will dine together and get to know each other.
