Mimi Kozma

Based in South Carolina, Mimi is a plant-based culinary professional and career educator with a Master’s in Education and over twenty-five years of multi-age instructional experience. As Culinary Director at AMOR Healing Kitchen, she curates 100% whole-food, plant-based, disease-targeted menus. Through the organization's strategic community connections, her work intersects with the International African American Museum (IAAM), Shifa Clinic, Green Heart Project, Blackbaud, and the NAACP at Mother Emanuel AME Church.

Championing the belief that nutrition is a universal tool for prevention and healing, Mimi seamlessly bridges the public and private sectors. Her dedication to health equity and food sovereignty earned her a nomination for Trident United Way’s Women United Nonprofit Leader award. Driven by a mission to develop innovative wellness initiatives, Mimi empowers individuals to reclaim their health through accessible food education.
