In this free 15-video series, you’ll learn the simple diet prescription to manage, prevent, and possibly even reverse type 2 diabetes. There’s no need for calorie counting or measuring carbohydrates, just simple diet changes that can make a big difference.

You’ll learn how diet changes can address the root cause of type 2 diabetes, what foods to focus on and which foods to avoid, simple and delicious meal ideas, and tips for grocery shopping, eating out, and even tackling common nutrition questions. Not only that, but this new way of eating will help you lose weight if needed, manage blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and reduce risk of diabetes complications.

Weekly Support Groups

Our weekly support groups meet on Tuesdays at 12 p.m. ET. Each session will include informational presentations, interactive polls, recipe ideas, Q&A with registered dietitians, and success stories.
