 Samba, based in Francistown, Botswana, is a Licensed Food for Life Instructor, a Medical General Practitioner, board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine, and a Diabetes Prevention Coach. She is also certified in Mindfulness-Based Interventions for Behaviour Change.

 Samba has extensive experience and is passionate about supporting people to prevent, treat, and sometimes even reverse chronic conditions using evidence-based lifestyle choices that promote health, starting with nutrition.  

 She loves working with individuals, groups, and workplaces, combining her diverse expertise to empower others.
