Martin Rosenbaum
Food for Life Instructor

In February 2022, Martin completed the certificate program in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Cambell Center for Nutrition Studies through e-Cornell. In 2016 Martin enrolled in a weight loss program for men in Toronto, Canada focusing on providing support and effective strategies for permanent weight loss and lifestyle change for men. By the middle of 2017 Martin lost over 50 lbs. through the program. Although that program is not a plant exclusive program, Martin’s results inspired him to pursue an entirely whole food plant-based lifestyle in 2017. From 2017 through 2019 Martin was a “go-to-coach” for the men's weight loss program. He focused on coaching the vegetarian men enrolled in that program. Martin continues to contribute regularly to the weekly Sunday morning men's weight loss support program classes. Martin completed the Food For Life instructor program and is now a licensed Food For Life Instructor. He provides Food For Life cooking classes to many service clubs, fraternal organizations, employers and their catering and food service providers to help induce lifestyle change to help make good men better.
