Nutrition has a powerful influence on health and Amber wants every person to know this. Amber has a strong science background with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Dakota. Her experience in cooking started with her mom's influence and was furthered by several jobs in the restaurant industry including prep cook, catering assistant, catering supervisor, artisan bread baker, and restaurant manager. She has taught thousands of science and herbal classes to teenagers and adults. She looks forward to sharing how delicious, affordable, and easy healthy plant-based cooking is.
Serving cities and surrounding areas of Amber provides in-person classes to these areas in North Dakota: Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks, Devils Lake, Valley City, Jamestown, Wahpeton, Carrington, Grafton, Harvey, Edgeley, Steele, Lisbon, and Walhalla. Instruction outside of this area may be possible. Please contact Amber for consideration.
