Isis Melinda Israel holds a Nutrition certification from Cornell University and additional certification as a Nutritarian Coach. She specializes in preventing, reversing, and mitigating diseases through a whole foods, nutrient-dense plant-based diet. As a Culinary Chef, she imparts her knowledge by teaching strategies and solutions to inspire and guide individuals in the kitchen.
As the owner of Foodture in Windsor, California, Isis firmly believes that health is cultivated in the kitchen. She serves as an Educational Alliance Instructor for the Food for Life program by PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine), founded by Dr. Neal Barnard. Drawing from her personal journey as a cancer survivor, she passionately advocates for the healing benefits of a wholesome plant-based diet. Additionally, she holds the role of Saladmaster Senior- Master Dealer in Northern CA. Her mission is centered around empowering people to view food as medicine and master the art of preparing easy, quick, and delicious meals that optimize and nourish the body.
