Cody Stubbe

As a registered nurse for nearly 20 years, Cody has witnessed first-hand how poor nutrition can have a devastating impact on people’s health. She has experience taking care of a wide range of patients, and a deep understanding of disease processes. Since earning a Masters of Science degree in nursing in 2009, she became a Nursing Instructor and enjoys sharing her passion for nutrition research with her students. Cody became a certified Food for Life Instructor in 2019, and is a member of the American College Lifestyle Medicine. She is the founder and president of Wholistic Dish, LLC which specializes in whole food plant-based cooking and nutrition classes, and incorporating lifestyle medicine into colleges and healthcare facilities, as well hosting speakers for educational events. Cody is the cofounder and codirector of So Many Cooks in the Kitchen and So Many Kids in the Kitchen. She transitioned her entire family to a whole food plant-based lifestyle and since then, her three daughters (Ava 12 yr., Ella 9 yr., and Nora 5 yr.) have been sharing their cooking demonstrations on the So Many Kids in the Kitchen Cooking shows! Cody and her daughters recently contributed their recipes to a new book, Food Is Climate by Glen Merzer, that sheds light on how food choices drive climate devastation and how going plant-based is the best way to save our world.
