Food for Life Instructor

Suzanne Fellows, PA-C, FMCHC, NBC-HWC

Suzanne is a true foodie! She has always loved to cook and entertain her family and friends. Her journey to becoming plant based, and a true believer that food is medicine, began ten years ago reading Dr. Fuhrman's book Eat to Live. Suzanne learned more information in that text regarding preventing chronic disease than she ever encountered in her undergraduate studies of Kinesiology and Health & Wellness as well as her Masters Degree in Health Sciences and Physician Assistant certification. The evidence based results that she studied and then incorporated into her life proved to be beneficial.

With increased energy and passion for plant based food, she began to share this love with all of those around her, and completed the Whole Foods Plant Based Nutrition Certification through eCornell, Functional Medicine Health Coaching Certification, and became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Food For Life Instructor through PCRM. She is also currently learning the study of Nutrigenomics, how your genetic variants can be influenced, both positively and negatively, through food and lifestyle choices.

Suzanne hopes to empower children and adults to eat for their health, provide assistance to physicians to better educate their patients about plant-based eating and lifestyle choices, and raise awareness to medical and allied health professionals.

Suzanne is available for individual and group wellness coaching, plant-based lifestyle transitions, kitchen re-organizations, grocery shopping tours, and Food For Life cooking classes.
