  • purple seedless grapes (1 cup)
  • chopped fresh mango (1 cup)
  • oranges (2)
  • bananas (2)
  • apple (1)
  • low-fat peach-flavored soy yogurt (2 6-ounce containers)
  • vanilla extract (1 tsp.)
  • cinnamon (2 tsp.)

Directions

  1. Chop fruit into chunks or rounds so that they feed easily onto a skewer.



  2. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla, and cinnamon.



  3. Place 6 to 8 pieces of fruit on each skewer and serve with yogurt dip.
