Working with the Food for Life program is Tracy’s dream job! She truly believes that nothing is more important for promoting good health than the food we use to nourish our bodies. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for healthy food and introducing people to wonderful, creative ways to make healthful, cancer-fighting meals a joyful experience.
In addition to teaching Food for Life classes, she has helped to start a small cooking class company named Veg-Appeal. Tracy also worked as the lead instructor with the Washington Center for Clinical Research on the Workplace Wellness and Weight Loss study with GEICO employees.
