Sheila is a Licensed Food for Life instructor and a Health and Wellness coach and founder of the Sacred Wellness Coach program  She is passionate about empowering individuals, families, churches, and communities to take charge of their health through the power of plant-based nutrition.
 

With a focus on disease prevention, healing, and wholeness, she combines meal guidance with encouragement to help participants change their lives—one bite at a time. Sheila’s mission is to help others honor their bodies through education, encouragement, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
