Robina Barlow strongly believes that a plant-based diet is the best way to attain optimal health, prevent/reverse disease, and she is enthusiastic about sharing this information with others. She is certified in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and has learned plant-based cooking techniques through the Forks over Knives Plant-based Cooking at the Rouxbe Cooking School. Robina teaches Food for Life classes, regularly, in Montgomery County Maryland.
