The culinary world has always been fascinating to me. I first started cooking with the help of my mother at a very young age. Now I have over 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, from line cook to menu developer, kitchen manager, and even participated in many culinary competitions as well. 

However, with all the food consumption I have participated in I had developed some lifestyle related issues. Luckily, I always had physicians who told me that the conditions could be remedied through food choices. Upon those recommendations I was able to reverse those symptoms.

However, with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic I was diagnosed with a new set of ailments. Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and fatty liver disease. Once again, my physician told me that these could be remedied through dietary changes. This time around I was pointed to the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. I was very appreciative of all the services they provide and saw results quickly. 

At this point I made the decision to help pay the gift of healthy whole foods plant-based living forward. Having trained over 200 cooks in the restaurant world I realized my calling. Here I am today ready to help you and your loved ones transition to the healthy world of whole foods plant-based eating. Don't think of being limited, think of all the wonderful fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans and legumes you are able to create delicious meals with. Let's journey along together.
