Navjit Kaur has been interested in health and wellness at the individual and global level ever since she could remember. She owns the award-winning Yoga & Tea Studio in Ottawa, Canada. As a yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and entrepreneur, she encounters many people from all walks of life looking to improve their health and well-being. Her approach to health is to encourage physical and mental fitness, diet, adequate rest, and positive relationships. Raising an active family and business, she understands the importance of good health and the link that diet has to vibrant living. Being a vegetarian for more than 25 years and vegan for more than a year, she has found that diet has provided her and her family with the foundation needed to living a healthy and balanced life.
