I’m a Health & Culinary Nutrition Coach specializing in Plant-Based Eating and Founder of Our Conscious Kitchen. As a member of The American College of Lifestyle Medicine, I provide support, education and coaching about lifestyle medicine, particularly around cooking and nutrition in Asia, where I’ve lived for 20 years, with time spent in Beijing, DongGuan, Hong Kong and Thailand. I’m originally from Milwaukee, WI.
I provide personal and group coaching, cooking lessons and online courses, teaching the habits and skills to make the best food choices, and cook delicious new plant-based foods. I have an online monthly membership providing support, community, and guidance in people’s plant-based journey. I’m also available for speaking engagements for companies and organizations with topics that promote plant-based diets.
I have a Certificate in Plant-Based Coaching from Food Revolution Network, am a graduate of The Center for Nutrition Studies at T. Colin Campbell & eCornell, have a Certificate in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Precision Nutrition. I've studied plant-based cooking with both Rouxbe and Matthew Kenney.
