Marilyn Hall

Food for Life Instructor

Marilyn Hall

Marilyn has been passionate about the connection between food and health for most of her adult life. From baking as a child to preparing nutritious meals for her family using recipes from the American Heart Association cookbook, she has always believed that the foods we eat shape our health journey. No longer bound by restrictive dieting, Marilyn embraces the abundance and variety of whole foods without calorie counting or fad diets. She has found true freedom in a plant-based lifestyle and is passionate about sharing that freedom with others.

In 2015, after watching the documentary Forks Over Knives, Marilyn made a life-changing transition to plant-based living. Since then, she has expanded her expertise through extensive education and training, including a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell, the Rouxbe Online Culinary School Plant-Based Professional Certificate, and national board certification through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).

Marilyn is passionate about helping others discover the vitality, empowerment, and lasting wellness that can come from simple, practical plant-based lifestyle changes.
