After seeing loved ones suffer from chronic health conditions, Lisa discovered the WFPB lifestyle in 2020, regained control of her own health, and became an ardent ambassador for the WFPB lifestyle. Inspired by the impact of nutrition on her own wellness, she retired from a career in nonprofit management to devote herself full time to learning and sharing nutrition information. Lisa earned a certificate in plant based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and is excited to now be licensed to teach the life-changing Food for Life classes. She also uses her strategic planning, marketing, and fundraising skills to assist plant based and environmental nonprofits maximize their impact.
