In 1970, while in graduate school, I bought my first cookbook, Victory Through Vegetables, and so began a plant centered journey through vegetarian cooking, then macrobiotics, to eventually embracing the emerging critical mass of nutrition science that proves a plant based way of eating delivers the best health outcomes for the most people by halting the progression of, and often reversing the chronic degenerative and auto-immune diseases that plague modern societies.

In addition to its therapeutic benefits, the rewards of eating plant based are a life filled with the energy and mental clarity necessary to pursue your happiness and fulfill your purpose.

I offer my services as an experienced guide to anyone interested in accessing the many benefits of a plant based lifestyle.
