Food for Life Instructor

Laura is passionate about the life-changing power of whole-food, plant-based eating.  A lifelong vegetarian, Laura finally committed to a wholly vegan diet after helping her husband overcome a life-threatening illness, enduring the loss of her father to thyroid cancer, and -- the final straw -- reading Dr. Neal Barnard’s book The Cheese Trap. Since going fully plant-based she has never looked back. Now she wants to harness her passion for cooking whole-food, plant-based meals to help others live healthier lives.


Serving cities and surrounding areas of the Western Slope including Rifle, Silt, New Castle, Parachute, Meeker, and the mountain communities from Glenwood Springs to Aspen and Gypsum to Vail.
