Food for Life Instructor
Kirk is a health and wellness advocate, speaker, and Licensed Food for Life Instructor based in Houston, Texas. After being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2001, his health journey intensified when he underwent dialysis for four years (2018–2022) before receiving a life-saving kidney transplant from his sister in September 2022. From that moment forward, Kirk embraced a fully plant-based lifestyle, using food as a powerful tool for healing and restoration.
As co-founder of Plant Pure Lifestyle alongside his wife, Margo, also a Licensed Food for Life Instructor, Kirk now shares his lived experience to educate and empower others to take control of their health through sustainable habits. Driven by a heart for service and transformation, his mission is to help individuals discover that food can be medicine and a pathway to renewed life.
