Julia Grueskin
Food for Life Instructor
Julia has been vegetarian since the age of fourteen, and fully vegan since the age of twenty-seven, always stemming from her love for animals. Over the years she has also grown to emphasize the environmental and health benefits of eating a plant-based diet. She is originally from the U.S. and attended an all vegetarian and vegan culinary school and hatha yoga teacher training in Austin, Texas from 2012-2014. She then started New Mexico's first cat cafe in Albuquerque in 2016 and eventually moved overseas to Melbourne, Australia in 2018. She loves creating delicious and healthy vegetable-focused meals for people in her community, and teaching cooking and yoga classes for kids and adults.
