Jodi is a fierce advocate for plant-based lifestyles. As the Director of Wholesome Minnesota, she partners with institutional leaders to be the change in their organizations. She discovers the unique needs of each partner while expressing the importance of shifting our consumption patterns.
Additional sampling of her food-related volunteer efforts and work includes:
-Minneapolis Public Schools plant-based lunch pilot

-Switch4Good’s dairy-free, plant-based lifestyle
-Life Time Foundation’s removal of highly processed foods and increase of fresh food options in school nutrition programs

Jodi loves camping and the outdoors — with a podcast called We Do This For Fun, to prove it. She holds an M.B.A, but is most proud of her certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from CNS, becoming a Board Certified Health Coach and current training as a PCRM Food for Life Instructor.
