Jill has been passionate about healthy food and lifestyle since 1998. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in psychology, she became a certified food educator through the Food Studies Institute in New York.
In 2005, Jill wrote and produced an 80-minute DVD, Change Your Food, Change Your Life, and launched the VeganGal.com website to educate, motivate, and offer easy, vegan recipes. In 2008, she became a Food for Life instructor. Corporate wellness programs and retreat weekends have been a focus of her work within the community.
