Iris developed severe eczema as a result of intense stress and fatigue while caring for a family member with a chronic illness. Searching for a way to restore her health, she discovered the health benefits of a plant-based diet. She made an immediate change to her eating habits. Within a few months, her eczema gradually disappeared, leaving her both relieved and deeply impressed. This remarkable transformation showed her the powerful role of plant nutrition in supporting the body’s healing. She later completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Inspired by her experience, Iris became passionate about whole food plant-based diet and is now dedicated to helping others improve their health through simple and sustainable dietary changes.
