Food for Life Instructor
Estela is a licensed Food for Life instructor, independent artist, Animal Chaplain, and co-founder of FRA - Fraternité pour le Respect Animal, a France-based organization dedicated to compassion, respect for animals, spirituality, and dialogue around the place of animals in society and faith. Originally from Mexico and living in France for over 25 years, she combines her background in art, spirituality, and animal advocacy with an interest in health, well-being, and bringing people together across cultures.
Plant-based for more than 15 years, Estela is passionate about sharing accessible, evidence-based information on the benefits of plant-based nutrition and the positive impact food choices can have on health, quality of life, and disease prevention. By raising awareness and making nutrition information approachable, she encourages simple and sustainable changes that can make a meaningful difference in everyday life. Her approach is guided by the understanding that human well-being, animals, and the environment are deeply interconnected.
