Food for Life Instructor
Didem Varol is a Registered Dietitian from Canada, currently living in Bournemouth, England. In addition to her clinical nutrition position at a local hospital, she runs a private practice called, Plantgevity Nutrition Solutions. Her mission is to empower her clients to achieve health, longevity, and wellness through the power of whole, plant-based foods. Before private practice, she spent almost ten years working for Toronto Public Health, as a Public Health Dietitian in the field of chronic disease prevention.
She’s a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She has completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies & eCornell. She is also a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner certified through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. As of 2019, she is a “Food For Life” Instructor. She is passionate about plant-based nutrition and its ability to prevent and reverse many chronic diseases.
