Diane transitioned her career as a consumer insights and marketing professional in the food and retail industry to become a Food for Life instructor in 2014. Additionally, Diane recently launched WillPOWER Your Day, Inc.®, a plant-based/vegan bakery in metro-Chicago (and online), with plans for national distribution.
Throughout Diane’s career, she has had an ongoing interest in health, nutrition, and creative ways to incorporate a variety of vegetables in every meal, and especially in snacks. In addition to conducting the Food for Life nutrition and cooking class series, Diane offers beginner and advanced home cooks private cooking classes for seasonal, holiday, and everyday favorites in her home. Diane embraced a vegetarian lifestyle in college and is now a plant-based advocate.
