De Anna has enjoyed a whole-foods, plant-based lifestyle for two years. She has explored the food-as-medicine approach to combat several chronic health conditions, including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, sleep apnea, vision changes, and skin conditions. De Anna completed Rouxbe's plant-based home chef certification and enjoys creating plant-based recipes. She has lost 65 pounds effortlessly and is passionate about helping others find better health using food as medicine.
