Dayna Comstock
Food for Life Instructor

As a registered dietitian nutritionist, Dayna has always been attracted to the food sector. Before becoming an RDN, she worked in restaurants for 20 years and has a natural passion for cooking. Her plant-based journey started in 2019 after living abroad in 30+ countries. Through her travels, she experienced how cultural and culinary diversity paved the way for stark health differences and decided how she could help those in her community. Dayna obtained her Master’s in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics and currently works as a dietitian with underserved populations to help with food insecurity, manage weight, and educate patients in preventing/treating chronic disease.
Dayna sees "food as true medicine" just as PCRM believes in “prevention over pills.” Therefore, she is grateful for the opportunity to make an impact on the world of nutrition, health, and well-being as a licensed Food for Life Instructor.
