Cindy’s passion is helping people create optimal health in their lives via plant powered living. She is an evidence-based diet and nutrition educator, using nutrition classes and one-on-one consultations to help others improve their physical health & well being and reach and maintain a healthy weight. Cindy is certified as a plant based nutrition educator, a culinary nutrition expert, and a diet and lifestyle interventionist. Cindy suffered from Lyme disease for 15 years before being medically diagnosed. Two years of antibiotics, as well as the effects of Lyme, left her with a damaged gut and immune system. She then realized the power of plant-based nutrition for strengthening the immune system and supporting the body’s natural defenses. She now embraces the healing power whole plant foods.
