My name is Bonnie Brandt and I live in the small village of Field, British Columbia in the Canadian Rockies. Surrounded by mountains, we enjoy hiking, biking and swimming in the fresh air surrounded by epic beauty. 

I became interested in nutrition in 2012. Wanting to educate myself, so I could share my knowledge that food is medicine and that we have the power to improve our lives and health through lifestyle, I took the Plant Based Pro course through Rouxbe and obtained a Raw Chef certificate with Pachavega Living Foods education. I now run a small commercial kitchen from home called Evergreen Cuisine where I serve whole food, plant-based and organic foods with raw and gluten-free options. I love experimenting with recipes!

I look forward to teaching in my community and surrounding towns. We can take control of our health by getting back in the kitchen.
