Amy Keever

Amy Keever began her plant-based journey in her 40s after battling severe fibromyalgia, worsening thyroid numbers, and high blood pressure. With few answers from doctors, she turned to her own research—and through a whole food, plant-based lifestyle, she reversed her symptoms and reclaimed her health. This transformation sparked a mission to help others do the same. Amy is also a professional artist and owner of the Amy Keever Gallery in Northwest Arkansas, where she merges art, wellness, and community. Her newest venture, Wildflower Cuisine, is a creative platform for plant-based education, seasonal cooking, and beautifully styled meals that inspire others to eat with intention and joy.
