Adenike Adesola

Adenike is a licensed Food for Life Instructor and certified Plant Based Nutrition Educator. Adenike transformed a family history of diabetes type 2 into a mission for metabolic freedom. After losing her mother to complications of a "managed" disease, she broke the cycle by choosing whole foods plant based over pharmacy-led maintenance. She now educate others to put out the "fire" of inflammation and thrive in a body designed to heal.
