Universal Meals, "Everyone Has A Seat At The Table" Join our licensed Food for Life instructor as we discuss how to create healthy holiday plant-based meals that meet the varied dietary needs of all members of your family and friends.
This class will feature a cooking demonstration. Handouts of easy and affordable seasonal recipes will be provided to the participants so they can prepare at home.
