Universal Meals, "Everyone Has A Seat At The Table" we will discuss how to create healthy plant-based meals that meet the varied dietary needs of all members of your family and friends.
This class will feature a virtual cooking demonstration. Handouts of easy and affordable recipes will be provided to the participants so they can prepare at home.
