This free class explores the powerful connection between the foods we eat and cancer risk in a friendly, easy-to-understand way. Based on the Physicians Committee’s groundbreaking Cancer Project curriculum, we’ll look at how different foods and nutrients may either support our health or contribute to the growth of certain cancers, including breast cancer.

You’ll also enjoy a cooking demonstration featuring delicious, health-promoting dishes, plus simple, affordable recipes you can prepare for yourself and your loved ones.
