Let’s Talk Menopause is a class from the nine-class series that draws from the popular book Your Body in Balance: The New Science of Food, Hormones, and Health by Neal Barnard, MD, FACC. This class focuses on menopause as a natural part of life and reviews topics including hot flashes, unpredictable emotions, changes in sexual function, and memory fog. Focusing on hormone-related changes that impact women during this stage of life, class content examines how specific dietary changes work to bring hormone levels into balance. Participants will learn strategies they can apply in their daily lives to help prevent, manage, or improve hormone-related symptoms and support overall health.
