Welcome to Navigating Travel

Navigating Travel is a new class in the level 2 Food for Life curriculum “Recipe for Success” series.

Each "Recipe for Success" class addresses specific and common obstacles to long-term adherence to a whole food plant-based diet. Through this series you will learn how to overcome common pitfalls, and leave equipped with knowledge, tips, and skills to ensure your healthy eating goals are sustainable.

What to expect:
In this class, Navigating Travel, together we will move out of our home comfort zone and into less familiar territory, and explore different settings where food choices can be tricky.

Whatever your mode of travel, this class delivers tips and tools to help you sustain a low-fat, plant-based diet and make optimal food choices while on the go.

Like other FFL classes, group discussion is highly encouraged; specifically in this class, in lieu of a video lesson, all class participants will be invited to join a group discussion to share their experiences and learn from others’ successes and challenges while traveling.

This online, two-hour, class features:
- Lively group discussion
- A cooking demonstration of delicious and simple plan-based dishes
- Group activity
- And plenty of Q&A
