Welcome to Eating With Purpose!

Eating With Purpose is a new class in the level 2 Food for Life curriculum “Recipe for Success” series.

Each Recipe for Success class addresses specific and common obstacles to long-term adherence to a whole food plant-based diet. Through this series you will learn how to overcome common pitfalls, and leave equipped with knowledge, tips, and skills to ensure your healthy eating goals are sustainable.

What to expect:

In this class, Eating With Purpose, you will explore what it means to make mindful and intentional food choices that are satisfying, filling, and health-promoting.  In addition, you learn sound strategies to help you move forward on your plant-based health journeys with confidence.

You will leave equipped with additional skills and tools needed to successfully say goodbye to unhealthy foods and behaviors.

Like other FFL classes, group discussion is highly encouraged.
This two-hour, online class, will include:
- A video lesson
- Lively group discussion
- A cooking demonstration of delicious and simple plan-based dishes
- Group activity
- And plenty of Q&A and actionable handouts
